Customer Registers to your Rewards Program

Once you register and setup your Rewards Program, you will download and display a Rewards Program banner at your store. Walk-in customers will download the REWO Rewards app and scan a QR code on this banner to register themselves to your rewards program.

Click on LOGIN/REGISTER to register and setup your reward program for free.

 

Customer earns points

After customers register to your loyalty program, they will be able to earn and view points using REWO Rewards app every time they shop at your store. You or your in-store sales assistants can deliver/authorize these reward points to customers either by entering a store pass code in their app or by using Rater Merchants app. Below is how.

Use store code to deliver points

In your rewards program setup, you can assign a passcode to every store cashiers/sales assistants who accepts payments and delivers points.
These store cashiers/sales assistants will enter bill amount and passcode directly into customer's mobile app to authorize earning of rewards.

Use Rater Merchants app to deliver points

In your rewards program setup, you can assign a passcode to every store cashiers/sales assistants who accepts payments and delivers points.
These store cashiers/sales assistants download the Rater Merchants app and login using the store code. Once logged in, these store assistants can now start delivering points to customers everytime a transaction is processed in two ways.

Using the Merchants app, sales assistants can create a single use QR for the transaction amount which customer will scan to earn points.

OR using the Merchants app, sales assistants can enter the bill amount and scan customer's QR to send them the points.

 

Customer Redeems Points

Customers can redeem points at your store to avail predetermined discount or free gifts.

To redeem, customer simply presses the redeem button on REWO Rewards app and chooses the number of points to redeem. Store Assistants enter the store code in customer's app to authorize the redemption and give discounts. Entering the store code ensures that both customer and store assistant have accepted the redemption of points.

 

Customer Earns more Points

The more customer redeems, the more he earns, and the more he returns to shop at your store. The growth in your sales will be displayed on your rewards dashboard.
