Create a Feedback form

Once you register, you will be able to create a feedback survey form. You can enter the question that matters to your customers and your business. Responses can be in the form of Stars, Smileys, Yes/No/Maybe, or free text.

 

Display Feedback Banners

Customers will take your customer feedback survey by scanning the QR code displayed on a Banner. The banner can be downloaded from the Feedback dashboard. You need to print this feedback banner and display at your store so customers can scan and take the survey.
